Application Steps

1. Surface Preparation:

• Clean the substrate thoroughly to remove grease, dust, or old coatings.
• Sand metal surfaces to eliminate rust; etch concrete to ensure porosity.
• Ensure surfaces are completely dry (moisture content <10%).

2. Priming (If Required):

Apply a compatible polyurethane primer to metals or porous substrates to enhance adhesion and corrosion resistance.

3. Mixing & Thinning:

• Stir the coating thoroughly before use.
• Thin with recommended solvents (e.g., xylene) if needed, typically 5–10% by volume, to adjust viscosity for spraying.

4. Application:

• Use brush, roller, or spray equipment. For spray applications, maintain a 20–30 cm distance from the surface.
• Apply 2–3 thin, even coats, allowing 2–4 hours of drying between coats.

5. Curing:

Allow 8 hours for light use and 24 hours for full cure. Maintain ventilation and avoid exposure to moisture during curing.

• Work in temperatures between 10°C and 35°C with humidity below 80%.
• Wear protective gear (gloves, masks) to avoid solvent exposure.
• Regularly inspect coated surfaces for damage and reapply as needed.
