Does two-component polyurea require a protective layer?
Yes. This two-component polyurea system is not designed for long-term UV exposure, so a suitable protective or finishing layer is required when used in exposed conditions. The protection layer also helps reduce mechanical damage and extends the performance of the waterproofing system.
How much two-component polyurea can be loaded in a 20-foot container?
When packed in 200 L drums, a 20-foot container can load approximately 80 drums, with a total cargo weight of about 16 tons. Wooden boards should be used to distribute the load appropriately inside the container and reduce concentrated floor loading. The final loading plan should be confirmed before shipment.
How long can a two-component polyurea waterproofing system last?
