The works required careful setting out from the outset, particularly where the roof changed angle and alignment needed to remain consistent across the sloping elevations. This involved repeated measuring and checking during installation to maintain accuracy and a uniform finish.
Achieving a consistent appearance across the sloping areas presented a key challenge, particularly where alignment had to carry through changes in pitch. This was addressed through precise set out and continual verification throughout the installation.

Forming the concealed perimeter gutter detail was another critical element. The design needed to remain visually discreet while ensuring reliable waterproofing. This was achieved through accurate detailing, careful installation, and the use of Bauder trims to deliver a neat, watertight finish.
Coordination with the supporting structure was also essential, as correct levels and finishes had to be achieved before roofing works could begin. Early discussions ensured that setting-out requirements were met and the roof build-up could be installed as intended.
